Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide pictures or videos for verification.
After approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Non Returnable Items

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds are issued through bank transfer or other agreed payment method.

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to product availability. -
Return Shipping
